Looking closely at the message: Access denied for user 'witeprints ' AT 'localhost' (using password: YES) ... you can see a space between the 'witeprints and the AT . Looking at the server log, this is a tab. This was my problem. I am not sure yet how this happened but I am thankful that I know what the problem is. Thanks!
